For most orders, we offer next-day delivery when placed before 6 p.m. the day prior. If you’re planning for a special occasion, we recommend ordering 5-7 days in advance to ensure availability of specific blooms and a perfectly timed delivery. For larger events or custom designs, booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead allows our floral designers to source the finest seasonal flowers and create something truly unique.
Our standard delivery window is between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. To ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautifully presented, we contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery—please be sure to provide their phone number at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed, the bouquet will be left safely at the designated address.
While each bouquet is uniquely designed by our floral designer, you may add delivery notes or florist instructions at checkout.

Modern Nature is a small studio, typically run and operated by a single floral designer, so pick-up isn’t officially available at checkout yet. Our workshop is located in SoDo, Seattle, and we’re happy to accommodate pick-up requests if you email us at contact@modernnature.space. While we can’t always guarantee an exact time, we’ll do our very best to make it work for you.
Most of our flowers are sourced locally, with up to 90% coming from seasonal growers in Washington, Oregon and California. We also like to leave room for unique and interesting blooms that aren’t always available locally, so you may occasionally see tropical or rare plants sourced from abroad. We love supporting flower growers worldwide and celebrating the diversity of blooms they provide. Every bouquet reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the vibrant community of flower growers we work with.
